IN 2018, PEOPLE are still walking into supermarkets and picking up pancake mix.
It’s flour. It’s just a slightly more expensive bag of flour.
For most people, it’s no more convenient to make pancakes from a bag or bottle of pancake mix than it is to make them from a bag of flour. Unless you’re unsure of the measurements but if you’re reading this right now, you’re connected to the internet, so there’s no excuse.
It takes five seconds to Google. If you’re too lazy to type, just ask Siri. If you’re too lazy to ask Siri, here’s Nigella’s pancake recipe (which is the best, tbh). If you’re too lazy to click that link, it’s 150g of flour, 325ml of milk and an egg.
Do you buy pancake mix? Or do you just make pancakes with flour?
